Terms of Service

1. Introduction

By using the Caffeine House website or mobile app, you agree to these Terms. "The Caffeine House" is a brand and operating name of Ancient Beans Pvt Ltd. All payments, including Razorpay transactions, are processed by and registered under Ancient Beans Pvt Ltd. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Ordering

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
  • Orders are subject to availability.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund.
  • Delivery is available only within our designated delivery zone.

3. Payments

  • Online payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. By paying online you agree to their terms of service. We do not store your card details on our servers.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders must be paid in full to the delivery rider at the time of delivery.
  • COD is subject to availability and may be restricted for accounts with a history of missed deliveries.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders may be cancelled before they are accepted by the kitchen.
  • Once accepted, cancellations are at our discretion.
  • Refunds for online payments will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Cash on Delivery Policy

  • If our delivery partner is unable to reach you at the time of delivery, the order will be returned.
  • Repeated failed deliveries may restrict your ability to place COD orders in the future.
  • We may contact you to confirm your availability before dispatching a COD order.

6. Account

  • You must provide accurate information during registration.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (logo, images, text) belongs to Caffeine House.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
