We understand that plans change. You can cancel your order directly from your order tracking page only before the kitchen accepts it (typically within 1–2 minutes of placing the order). Once our kitchen has accepted the order and begun preparation, the cancellation window closes and the order can no longer be cancelled.
If you successfully cancel your order within the allowed cancellation window, your refund will be initiated automatically.
If you cancel a COD order within the allowed window, no charges apply. However, if you abandon a COD order (i.e., you are unreachable at the time of delivery or refuse to accept the order without prior cancellation), your account may be flagged. Accounts with repeated abandoned COD orders may be permanently restricted from using the COD payment option in the future.
If you receive an incorrect order or if the quality of the food/beverage is unsatisfactory, please contact our grievance officer immediately. We review these on a case-by-case basis and may offer a partial refund, full refund, or replacement at our discretion.
