4. Third-Party Service Providers

- Cloud Infrastructure & Authentication Provider: Manages secure sign-in and stores your account, order history, and preferences securely within protected cloud environments.
- Payment Gateway: Handles all online payment transactions securely. We do not store your full card details. The gateway receives essential billing details (name, email, phone, and order amount) during checkout.
- Point-of-Sale (POS) & Kitchen Management: Receives your delivery address, coordinates, and order items so our kitchen staff can prepare and fulfill your order.
- Transactional Email Provider: Delivers your order confirmation and receipt emails.
- Mapping & Geocoding Service: Processes GPS coordinates or address text from your device to verify it falls within our designated delivery zones.
5. Data Storage & Retention
- Your profile and order history are stored on secure cloud infrastructure.
- Location data used for address lookup is stored locally on your device for up to 24 hours and is never transmitted to our servers.
- Cart contents are stored locally on your device and cleared after checkout.
- We retain order records for accounting and legal compliance purposes.
